If you choose to have me walk alongside you throughout your journey into this new phase of life, and continue to support you practically and emotionally, this offering includes all items from the Birth Package in addition to:

15 hours of postnatal support, to be taken in two or more hour blocks at a time in the first 12 weeks of baby’s life

Phone and WhatsApp support continuous until baby is twelve weeks old.

There are many ways I can support you in the first few weeks after your baby is born, and this option gives you 15 hours of my devoted care, including:

Breastfeeding support and signposting to organisations if troubleshooting is needed

Emotional support and gentle encouragement

Help with baby when you need to rest

Help with older children when you need to spend time with baby

Light housework, preparing meals, running errands

We will also meet towards the end of your pregnancy in a two hour session to make a postnatal plan

Continuous support over the phone and WhatsApp until baby is 12 weeks old

Sometimes you will need me outside of our arrangement, and I am always happy to accommodate when I can. I ask that you book in advance and use your time with me in blocks of at least 2 hours at a time.

All of the things included in the offerings above can happen during these ad hoc hours, and I also offer overnight support bookable only in bundles of 10 hours.

Sometimes, you really need a doula. I am happy to consider coming to you at short notice, even if we haven’t worked together before. I have met some of my most loyal clients this way and charge my usual rate for the time of day with a £40 added surcharge for bookings with less than 24 hours notice.
